It takes a while to hunt down and kill 87 people. Do we have any info on the amount of time that passed between the first shot being fired and the arrest of this guy (by the way, how the **** did they manage to arrest him? Did they wait until he ran out of bullets?)

Sure, KH, you would of course have known that when X happens here, then surely Y must happen here - that works fine if there are something that connects the dots, but please explain how bombing a government building means that a youth camp will be attacked.
