Why do 90% of black people vote for Democrats?

Actually, this line of questioning about why blacks vote for Democrats most of the time can sound condescending.

As if some of you think that blacks do not know what is best for themselves so we should instruct blacks to vote the way we think they should vote.

I think they are voting the way they should vote. But why are they the only group that does that?

yes, this entire thread has been based on this idea.

there was a very heated and informative discussion on page 3 about the the exact nature of these devices. some people said that black people were implanted at birth with democratic stem cells, which would gradually take over the 'politicious' section of the brain. others claimed that their brains were manipulated to respond to certain types of stimuli. someone gave the example of an experiment where a number of black people were made to sit in a room and were played a kayne west track. afterwards they all expressed a desire to run to a polling station and vote for obama right now, even though the election was several months away. when a the same track was played to a group of white people the reactions were mostly things like, 'well it's no country & western' and 'turn down that damn noise'.

"And I say, but if you look at the entire interview, you also noticed that I indicated that a large percentage of black Americans are thinking for themselves. What a novel idea. But there are some who are brainwashed."

Just saying. If 90 percent of white people had voted for McCain, you'd be saying that White people are racist, etc. You don't see 90 percent of anybody voting for one candidate, except in this case.

I like Herman Cain, but right now I think I'll vote for Romney. Cain isn't likely to do well in the general election, and unless he picks a good foreign policy VP I'd expect Obama-style ****ups from him internationally.

He seems to be concerned about "sharia law" being implemented in the US, a fear that Gingrich and Santorum seem to share, although Cain did say he wouldn't appoint any muslims to his cabinet.

He's polling ahead of Obama at present. Why would you expect him to do worse than Obama? Cain at least has a math degree and worked for the Navy.

Yep, he's argued that Sharia is incompatible with the US constitution, which preserves religious freedoms. As for being 'anti-Muslim', if you are arguing that anyone who is Muslim cannot convert, and that people who try should be killed, I don't see how that squares up with any laws in America.
