Matt Bowron, I think the way you speak on your videos has gotten better (you're more fluid) but what's going on with the way the audio and the video don't synch up? I guess low latency?"Flutie was better than Kelly, Elway, Esiason and Cunningham." - Ben Kenobi
"I have nothing against Wilson, but he's nowhere near the same calibre of QB as Flutie. Flutie threw for 5k+ yards in the CFL." -Ben Kenobi

Albie - I'm not sure. I know my normal microphones are near my webcam, and light travels faster than sound so perhaps there is just a temporal lag, but I recently bought a microphone and headset for about $30AUS, thought that would do it better. It does improve it in videos I make at home, but transferring them to youtube they always get this lag for some odd reason. Thanks for having a look at them by the by. Oh and I've written a summary of what I was trying to say on the video in the description section. But that's only if you don't mind reading it that is. It makes what I say a lot clearer, and I'll probably use them as a basis for when I try re-recording them when I get a microphone and webcam without the lag. Thanks for having a look all the same. Yours sincerely, - Matt."Life is the only RPG you'll ever play, The religious want to be one with the moderator, the scientists want to hack the game, and the gamers want to do both."

AAHZ, I had Paranoia too, which comes along with the Schizophrenia attacks. It's mostly based around my own critical judgment based on years of being bullied throughout primary and high school. You sound like I've done a good job so far. Maybe you could do some public speaking on that or be a like a tutor. I'm not a drug addict either. I take meds and so far they've kept me going ok, but I still get the attacks now and again. One thing I've got to mention, in a way don't we all have what Schizophrenia is, a "split mind", in that nowadays we may have different conflicting opinions and views over things, or have talks with what we call our conscience or higher self. Because when I have the attacks I find my mind splitting into different roles or areas, a scared child, a person who feels they're going crazy and a counselling rational adult at the same time. I think personally we all have the ability of being in what's called the spectrum of selfs, or what post-modernists are calling our multiple-selves. When I had the Paranoia attack I found that religion like the idea of the world being created by a loving God to be of help, when I was Christian, and also philosophical ideas, people have been trying to figure out what it is they can be sure of or know for millennia. And there's also the rational thinking, like why would there be all these people being told to live their lives to focus on one other individual? It just doesn't make sense logically speaking. Now, if I've said anything that's offended you or said out of order I apologise ahead of time. I wish you the best in your job, congratulations on your 5 years of handling this difficult mental illness. I applaud you for your tenacity and strong spirit. I just hope that one day I will be able to become just as successful. Yours sincerely - Matt"Life is the only RPG you'll ever play, The religious want to be one with the moderator, the scientists want to hack the game, and the gamers want to do both."

20. Learn a trade. It's obvious your degree is worthless or else you'd have a job so go to a trade school and try to find a decent blue collar job. I'm not sure I understand how getting into the Marines makes it easier to find a job in the financial sector. That being said, I also understand the feeling of working obsessively towards a goal and not wanting to give up. Believe it or not, I have always taken people's advice and in fact took Asher's advice on going the programming route instead of IT infrastructure. It's the reason I have a job right now and it really is the perfect job for me. If I were you Albi, I'd cut my losses and take some of the advice on here.
Since you're so close to your next run at the Marines you might as well go through with it, but I would start working towards adding skills to your resume while you wait. A lot can be done in 3 months. If I were you, I'd start pouring every minute I have into finding things you can study and work towards that can go on your resume and show that you have a goal and a career in mind beyond, "I failed to get in the marines and spent my life working in fast food and whining on Apolyton about how unfortunate I am compared to everyone else."
