    You don't exercise just so you won't be fat. You exercise for health, to be stronger, to be able to handle situations. You may not have much fat on your body but you're weak, your heart and lungs are weak, and if an emergency happens that requires you to do something physical, you'll be **** out of luck.

                      I exercise to generate endorphins that relieve the pain from injuries caused by exercising when I was younger.

                        Most recent 3 miles I ran were 23:54 in 76F weather and 24:09 in 81F. Posting just for my own tracking.
