      • Besides, I saw a study published about 2 months ago that showed that athletic performance is improved from training in a hot environment. Ideally, a hot, high altitude environment (if that can even exist outside of a Denver sauna) would be perfect for training.

        • I'm not going to run in the heat...I'd collapse. I'm not cut out for high temperatures. In those temperatures I swim instead.

          I used to run in Mexico City...now that's high.
