    That is true. But you should do something physical occasionally. The human body needs to be challenged physically or it atrophies, as your body has.

                                Ran 3 miles in a miserable 25:07.

                                It was a sweltering Philly June afternoon, though... 93F and weather.com said "feels like: 100F".
