Heat sucks...that's why I stay in the more temperate regions thank you very much.

One of my best tricks for improving was when I was in Mexico City for many months I used to do plenty of running. When I came back, wow, I could seriously shift with the increase oxygen carrying capacity of my bloodstream. I found the altitude of Cuzco a bit too much though. Walking on the flat was struggle enough.

About 50 yards shy of 3 miles (23:38 in), I threw up. That's a first while running. The heat must have gotten to me. It was 80F as early as 8:30am.

What's the proper social behavior for public vomiting, though? I left it. Should I have cleaned it or something?

6/10 but a big improvement, nonetheless.

bellyflab? I'm down to 186lbs. That's 34lbs less than the last picture you saw. No bellyflab.

I'm starting again. June 1st - June 30th, each day, ~6 km. Won't be able to do it
the first day because I'm in atrocious shape, but by the end of the month that
should be fixed. I saw some lectures and presentations about that Mexican tribe
that run for pleasure, not because they feel they must... that's what I'm going for.

Slow down. Don't start from sedentary to running 6km every day 7 days a week. You'll get stress fractures and screw up your knees. Trust me. Take it easy.

Instead of doing this for a month, make it a lifelong habit but take it slower. Start off with a day rest between each run (to prevent injury while your body gets acclimated to the pounding [particularly, if, like me, you live in a city and run on concrete]) then work up to 4-5 days running each week.

Also, did you learn about minimalistic shoes?

At 150lbs at 6', you are a freaking weakling. You're not fit. One, you're not strong (it's a physical impossibility at your height and weight). Two, you're not in good cardiovascular shape because you're incredibly sedentary. You're not fit.
