    • I had to bring a keyboard from home. They gave me French keyboards even when I worked from Toronto.

For most people it's not a big deal, but it ****s up the position of {}[] etc.

Alberta is subsidizing the rest of Canada in a massive way. And still we get no respect with constant calls from Quebec & the Liberals to cripple the industry that is not only bringing Alberta great wealth, but paying for your ****ing government services as well.
To be fair, this is a new situation for ON. We are suffering the double hit of the recession and McGuinty.

        • It certainly isn't sustainable, either.

          • What's that? McGuinty?

Agreed. His expiry date is this fall.

                    • My only complaint so far is he's made LRT parking free again. But then he added a portion of the lot to be reserved on a monthly basis. But now it costs me $10 more a month to park.

                      • Fiscally, it's painless to do. It's also negligible for the government and a HUGE social issue that Harper is on the wrong side of, nationally.
A solid majority of Canadians do not want abortion funding. Of the main parties, how many of them have that plank? Zero. Harper is on the wrong side of it because he is pro abortion, just like all the rest of the leaders and parties.

How much does it cost per year?
Oddly the government does not provide those statistics despite the fact that the public is paying for it. So we can guesstimate, but the government has an obligation to provide these numbers.

It's no different then say an FOI for the amount of military spending the previous year. However, the government will not own up to what they have spent.

Because that's messy. And also because fetuses aren't children. They're parasites.
And Abortions aren't messy? I've got pictures for you.

Welfare bums aren't parasites but unborn children are? That's rather silly.

Obviously the people who call themselves "pro life" when voting Liberal aren't all that pro life.

Back on topic. I want to know what the various parties plan to do about the rising coffee prices? They need to do a much better job of buying my vote.

The fact he will take that statement as a compliment being one of them.
