BTW, he was not prosecuted by anyone. He is lying and you (nye) are believing.
A complaint was made, the commission (not even the tribunal!) investigated and interviewed, then the case was dropped. When a Muslim group in Edmonton tried to bring up the same case, the commission dismissed it on its face.
