I regularly sub middle schools, and can confirm that Bieber does have a number of songs which are famous, at least with his target audience. The only one I've heard that I can remember goes something like "I will never say neverrrrr/I will fight till foreverrrr..." when sung by a teenage girl. If you have further Bieber-related questions, tell me and I will relay them to my little experts.
