The attitude towards women he displays here sometimes, is not good.

He seems to be hanging around with the wrong type (see ex).

He isn't in a stable personal situation, which girls are understandably iffy about. Most girls that don't care that you don't have a job/and so on, are the type that want a good time now and he says he isn't interested in that (no drinking/no one night stands).

So he wants a girlfriend, he doesn't just want sex and he doesn't drink. He is unemployed. In the US, he would need a serious Christian chick (not likely) or a serious change of situation. I would recommend that he comes up with a new career path (than marines), preferably one that results in him leaving Philly.

Online dating is sh*t...I managed to get a few dates here and there but not much else. Use the real world, it is a far better environments. Try meetup groups or something like that to get you out of the house. I am going to start doing these things once I am back in the UK for any length of time (currently my job keeps me far too busy).
