Again, you're describing a place with a competitive job market which simply doesn't exist in most rural areas. As I pointed out earlier there are a lot of people with mobility issues and so who cannot move some where else easily.Try http://wordforge.net/index.php for discussion and debate.

The EU is a perfect example of a supposedly mobile work force (most people could relocate to other areas where there are jobs) but in reality mobility is hugely hampered due to language, culture, and differences in qualifications even with the efforts at convergence with in the various EU states.Try http://wordforge.net/index.php for discussion and debate.
