I should clarify. Foreign honours are forbidden.
We have our own, home grown versions. Ex PMs are always 'right honourable' or some such, and we have a nobility of merit in the Order of Canada with no official priviledge other than recognition for good citizenship and contribution to society (or some such).(\__/)

In some areas, Canadian schools compete with the best internationally. The University of Waterloo in particular is up there in CS/engineering/theoretical physics. IIRC it's the #1 school for new hires at MS. Or at least it was back when MS was most relevant."The issue is there are still many people out there that use religion as a crutch for bigotry and hate. Most are American schools due to obscene amounts of money floating around in high society.
I don't think there's a singularly better CS school than Waterloo in the US."The issue is there are still many people out there that use religion as a crutch for bigotry and hate. Like Ben."
