Actually, I think this whole issue is a masterful ratfvck by the Dems. I think they are looking at this as protecting against the independents being swayed by the tea party. Racism is not over. We've come a long way, but auditing still shows blacks have trouble finding jobs due to both overt racism and more tacit methods such as where jobs are advertised etc.Comment
