USA continues to plead for Canada's help. Please. Anything.
On a serious note, the number of Canadians killed in Afghanistan is just way, way too high. The mission is a failure, it's time they just accept it and cut our losses.
What is it now, 160+ Canadians killed there?

Possible. He's also quite popular in Europe as well but hasn't been able to get any substantive increases in NATO troop commitments or freer ROE among the allies there. I don't see him being more sucessful with the Canadians.

Because my hearing is far below that which is acceptable.
Audiometric average threshold for each ear of not more than 25 dB at 500, 1000, and 2000 Hz, with no individual level greater than 30 dB. And, hearing threshold cannot exceed 45 dB at 4000 Hz for either ear.
My hearing at 1000 and 2000 hz is unrecordable on a standard audiology chart. At 250 it's normal. At 500, it's about 25 decibels.

diopters is disqualifying.
Mine are -10 diopters right now. So as far as I can see I fail on both counts, on vision and hearing. However, I can do all the other fitness requirements. Can't do much about my hearing and eyes.
