It's not to hard. Trev believes in something more conservative than anything on that question, and I'm pretty sure I know exactly what he believes. Seeing as that was the only question where my answer was the most conservative, I'm giving him a wash.

            With that, he's got

              c) Agree, Conscription is the means by which we gage true patriots.

              b) Disagree with this sentiment, the King is at best a figurehead but not a ruffian.

              c) Disagree with this sentiment, Capitalism is a pure good and cannot be improved.

              b) Disagree with this sentiment, You need to find Christ first, then his Church.

              b) Disagree with this sentiment, Christ is the only way to God.

              b) Disagree with this statement, Man is born free, but society makes him wicked.

              a) Agree with this sentiment, people should be able to say whatever they want to say without punishment.

              c) Disagree with this sentiment, Immigration should be restricted to areas of great need.

              a) Agree with this sentiment. America has a duty to preserve liberty around the world.

              d) Disagree with this sentiment. Everyone should pay exactly the same amount of tax.

                1. "Not necessarily conscription, but conscription if necessary.”

                a) Agree, Conscription is a necessary evil.
                b) Disagree, a voluntary army is a superior force to involuntary servitude.
                c) Agree, Conscription is the means by which we gage true patriots.
                d) Disagree, Conscription is a mortal evil which all thinking men should despise.

                - There are probably times when conscription is necessary. I have wondered if conscription to social projects would be a good requirement. Couple that with a more efficient school system and it wouldn't cause a greater education delay than what already exists in the US.

                2. "In England a king hath little more to do than to make war and give away places; which in plain terms, is to impoverish the nation and set it together by the ears. A pretty business indeed for a man to be allowed eight hundred thousand sterling a year for, and worshipped into the bargain! Of more worth is one honest man to society and in the sight of God, than all the crowned ruffians that ever lived."

                a) Agree with this sentiment, Republicanism is the best form of government.
                b) Disagree with this sentiment, the King is at best a figurehead but not a ruffian.
                c) Agree with this sentiment, Off with 'is 'ead!
                d) Disagree with this sentiment, the King should be the basis of a system of laws.

                - I think that monarchies or republics can work. We have examples of both working and not working. I have more interest in making a republic work though. I am fundamentally against the notion that one person is better/greater/worshipped due to the accident of birth.

                3. "For my part I think that capitalism, wisely managed, can probably be made more efficient for attaining economic ends than any alternative system yet in sight, but that in itself it is in many ways extremely objectionable."

                a) Agree with this sentiment. Capitalism is more of a success, than a failure.
                b) Agree with this sentiment, however Capitalism is more of a failure than success.
                c) Disagree with this sentiment, Capitalism is a pure good and cannot be improved.
                d) Disagree with this sentiment, Capitalism isn't the most efficient system.

                - Pure capitalism has problems. Mixed systems probably have the greatest possibility for success, however, there seems to be a constant problem with capitalist thinking taking advantage of the system to acquire profit in ways that are overall damaging. I like the idea of a more socialistic society, it just needs to be very careful not to artificially change the market in ways that will lead to societal damage.

                4. "Anyone who is to find Christ must first find the church. How could anyone know where Christ is and what faith is in him unless he knew where his believers are?"

                a) Agree with this sentiment. The Church is a necessary part of the Faith.
                b) Disagree with this sentiment, You need to find Christ first, then his Church.
                c) Agree with this sentiment. You can only tell his true believers by those who go to church.
                d) Disagree with this sentiment, the institution of the Church is unbiblical.

                - Disagree. The organized church can be beneficial and do a lot of good, but a lot of people hide behind it so as to follow it instead of God. The real Christian Church is just the community of all believers. I think the most important things are (in order):
                1. prayer
                2. being
                3. study
                4. worship
                5. community
Note that 5 is what mostly fits in with a church, although 2-4 can be enabled by church as well. I think it is much much easier to have a healthy prayer life alone than in a community. Being takes 2nd because I don't think it can exist without 1st.

                5. "Of course God is endlessly multi-dimensional so every religion that exists on earth represents some face, some side of God."

                a) Agree with this sentiment, all religions have some aspect of God but some have more than others.
                b) Disagree with this sentiment, Christ is the only way to God.
                c) Agree with this sentiment, all religions are equally true.
                d) Disagree with this sentiment, religion is meaningless and so is God.

                - Most good religions are an attempt to explain (and practice) man's relationship with God and his spiritual place. This would include Hinduism, Islam, Judaism, Buddhism, and Christianity (among others). Note that just because Islam might enable a relationship with God doesn't mean that Christ isn't the saviour of the Muslim (who has a relationship with God) too. There are also obvious fraud/uninteresting religions (scientology/ancient greek/etc) (they might be interesting in the study of man, but not in the study of God).

                6. As man in the state of nature has no idea of goodness; he must be naturally wicked; that is, he is vicious because he does not know virtue".

                a) Agree with this statement, Man is naturally wicked and cannot improve his state.
                b) Disagree with this statement, Man is born free, but society makes him wicked.
                c) Agree with this statement, Man is naturally wicked, but society refines him.
                d) Disagree with this statement, Nature is neither 'wicked', nor 'pure', it merely, 'is'.

                - Man knows goodness and evil. This is one of the truths of the Genesis myth. Man does inherently have wicked inclinations and can not be Good on his own. It is only through Christ living within Man that man can be transformed (this is a process which most likely is not complete until heaven). A 'savage' is neither more nor less wicked than a 'civilized' man: they just have different cultures (which might be better or worse).

                7. "I do not agree with what you have to say, but I'll defend to the death your right to say it."

                a) Agree with this sentiment, people should be able to say whatever they want to say without punishment.
                b) Disagree with this sentiment, we have a right not to be offended and to listen to offensive speech.
                c) Disagree with this sentiment, we have a right to speak provided it is approved by the censor.
                d) Agree with this sentiment, we have a right to say provided we accept the consequences.

                - People should be, with a few limitations (fire in a theatre/etc), free to say what they think.

                8. "America was indebted to immigration for her settlement and prosperity. That part of America which had encouraged them most had advanced most rapidly in population, agriculture and the arts."

                a) Agree with this sentiment, Immigration is an unmitigated good.
                b) Agree with this sentiment, Legal immigration is beneficial to a nation, but illegal immigration is not.
                c) Disagree with this sentiment, Immigration should be restricted to areas of great need.
                d) Disagree with this sentiment, the nation would be stronger with no immigration whatsoever.

                - Immigration is crucial for America's success is the past and is key to America's success in the future. Human capital has always been one of the key resources a country has, and it will just become more so as technology advances. This is why India and China are likely to be the future world powers.

                9. "Neutrality is a negative word. It does not express what America ought to feel. We are not trying to keep out of trouble; we are trying to preserve the foundations on which peace may be rebuilt."

                a) Agree with this sentiment. America has a duty to preserve liberty around the world.
                b) Agree with this sentiment. The first duty to America is to Americans, but neighbourliness is necessary.
                c) Disagree with this sentiment. Americans should stick to America alone, and not interfere with others.
                d) Disagree with this sentiment. Americans have made a mess of liberty, they spread tyranny not liberty.

                - It is nice to do good around the world. Our politicians don't do good, they act in their own interest and the interest of those corporations that support them. As such, America should act less in the world. By the way, why all these America questions for a Canadian?

                10. "Here is my principle: Taxes shall be levied according to ability to pay. That is the only American principle."

                a) Agree with this sentiment. Taxation should be proportional to income.
                b) Disagree with this sentiment. Taxation should only be levied against consumption, not income.
                c) Agree with this sentiment. Taxation should only tax the wealthy.
                d) Disagree with this sentiment. Everyone should pay exactly the same amount of tax.

                - I have grown fond of the KH idea of 'fair' taxation with wealth transfer. It should be acknowledged though that the wealthy gain a lot more from society than the poor.

I'm not sure I understand all the questions, they are somewhat vague.

                        Anyway, let's try:

                        1a. For some countries.
2b. A king is not neccessary, but he can be a good thing for his country. I'm pro monarchy in Norway, but if we didn't have one, I wouldn't want one to be instituted.
3a. It needs to be controlled though.
4 a and b, depends what you mean here.
                        5b
6a, but not completely. Your choices are way too limited.
7a and d, I'm more of a middle ground here. Again, what do you mean?
                        8. This depends on the actual case. Immigration can be a great thing. Immigration can be a disaster.
9a. So have all free nations, not only the US.
10a. How to do this, is not an easy question though.
Do not fear, for I am with you; Do not anxiously look about you, for I am your God.-Isaiah 41:10
I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made - Psalms 139.14a
