The figures quoted for USA are absolutely fascinating. 30%? Wow. They say
that the credit card market was completely unregulated for a long time. It
follows from that that competition should have actually lowered the prices,
and that exorbitant figures are simply an example of market segmentation and
price discrimination.
People with decent credit histories and jobs probably don't pay anything near
20%, right?
So, what is your rate? BTW I know that you don't pay anything if you pay the
balance within 30 days, I want to know the rate that kicks in after that.
