That's not really an issue. According to the current owners and Goldman Sachs, there are "several" parties involved in bidding for the Rams. Checketts and Limbaugh are the only ones who decided to go public.

Whether that action was deliberate media mongering by Rush (who certainly knew for a fact that a sh1t storm would follow) is open to debate, but he's certainly pounding away now that Checketts has dropped him. He's even managed to blame "Obama's America" already.
