Let him take three days so if he finds out down the road that he made the wrong decision, at least he can say that he thought it over long enough.
It's almost as if all his overconfident, absolutist assertions were spoonfed to him by a trusted website or subreddit. Sheeple

Grapes is a flavor. Cherry isn't, the flavor of the Cherry kool-aid is Red. At least it is if you buy it at Walmarts.
I see you are not sufficiently Canadian to get my excellent joke. Then again, I'm not really sufficiently Canadian to be making the joke in the first place.
Do you have smart personal resources within Goldman to whom you can ask questions regarding the two groups?
Which group had the people you thought you would get along with better?
Really, this is the type of problem that you love to have.
I came upon a barroom full of bad Salon pictures in which men with hats on the backs of their heads were wolfing food from a counter. It was the institution of the "free lunch" I had struck. I lost my voice this weekend, had a cough leading into the weekend and attempted to drink through it; that didn't work. So, I lost my voice, and have been scheduled an interview and spoke for about an hour with a "real" recruiter for very specific jobs in my niche, much better than the other ones. Still, it was tough to sound convincing without a voice.

Just informed the guy I was rejecting. That was awful. I've never really had to say "no" to anybody before about something important like this.
I feel good about the decision. I also feel really good that I've actually made the decision. Time to convince myself that it was the obvious right course of action.
