  • Which ancient Greek deity would you worship?

Pretty self-explanatory, really. Which of the pantheon would you choose to worship above all others, if you lived in ancient Greece? Hopefully this thread will at least go a couple of pages before descending into a "hurr hurr, I think religion is stupid give me a prize" fapfest.

Who's the other? He's got most of the pantheon up there.

Aphrodite. Goddess of love and sensuality.

I picked her too, but then too late realized I shoulda gone with Dionysus.

                      Athena, Goddess of Wisdom.

Although I do have a tender spot for Hephaestus, the lamed God of Blacksmiths and Volcanoes. He was so friggin' ugly, Zeus threw him off of Mount Olympus...literally. He fell to Earth far below and shattered one of his legs when he hit. Ya gotta love somebody that ugly!

The nice thing about polytheism is you don't have to stick with just one.

                        HAIL DIONYSUS! HAIL APHRODITE!

Some *worshipping it* with Aphrodite or Athene would be nice I guess.
