Given that the Lebanese population of Montreal is ~half the size of the total population of Dearborn, yes.

Apparently Dearborn's ~1/3 Arab. A bit higher than I would have guessed (~1/4). That includes all Arabs, though. Can't find the breakdown to Lebanese/not.
