Add me to the hummus challenged-- I also was not quite sure what it was although I was vaguely thinking chickpeas were involved-- I do believe I have eaten it a few times though-- would it be likely to be served at a Greek restaurant? If not there then perhaps at a Pakistani orIranian place??

By the way, there are better (and more) Lebanese restaurants in Montreal than in any other city in NA. We have a huge expat community from the 70s/80s due to the french connection.
