Weird sleep habits

    Are you sure that you are human - the normal cycle is about 1.5 hours. Though, I do something simliar after the first 3 hours.

    Maybe it's because you are a bit older than me

        that happens to me sometimes (although maybe every two pints), but i always thought it was to with the liquid in the beer rather than any blood sugar issue.

        i also wake up really early if i've just been drinking and feel amazing for a few hours, then it all goes downhill...

          Usually from ~12:30am- ~6:30am. If lucky until 7am. Often I will also nap late in the day for about 10-20 minutes.

            I wake up at 5:45 for work, and sometimes get a little nap in an empty office if the boss isn't around. I sometimes take a nap in the evening for a few hours, then get up and stay up til around 2:00 am. Otherwise, I try to get to sleep by 11:00.

            Tonight I just can't sleep.

            Weekends I sleep forever - sometimes 10 hours
            John Brown did nothing wrong.

                  6 hours for me. I think I would prefer 7, but I never make it.

                  Your sleep patterns will be inline with your biorhythms which are also controlled by your dietary and exercise patterns/habits. I used to work graves 3-4 nights per week and would switch my schedule back to days for the other 3-4 nights per week. 4-6 hours of sleep per night plus controlling what I ate and when kept me in control. I wouldn't recommend it though.

                    For the last month or so I've been going to bed around 2am, waking up at 6am, then going taking a nap after work around 5pm. I'd rather just get a solid 8 hours sleep so maybe I should jog more or something.

                        Actually I was just joking about the drug adds being required to mention all the side effects.

                        But I do think I covered you anus question with my constipation comment.

                                I'm all over the place.

                                I'll usually stay up all night sunday, work monday, and then sleep about 10pm or so monday night, and then up at about 5 or 6.

                                Then I work back to about 2am and 8am by Friday. Sleep in Saturday, up early sunday and repeat.
                                Scouse Git (2) La Fayette Adam Smith Solomwi and Loinburger will not be forgotten.
