Here's some follow up. Now the first part of the struggle is finally over. She just got a mail saying that her stay is finally here and she can start working in Denmark. It wasn't easy though and her stay is only until December next year

We got married December 5 last year, last week it was finally official that she can stay. On top of it all, today is her 25th birthday... "happy birthday my love"

My bank has a way where we can borrow the 70.000 kr at a low rate. But it's still not my favorite way of doing it as it still has a lot of drawbacks
We are considering moving to Germany for a few months at some point, then back to Denmark. If we do that she will have more rights, and her permanent stay will also come easier. But on the other hand, we're not planning on living in Denmark for that many more years

I haven't been active here on 'Poly that much lately, just staying here for the news about Civ V. Maybe I should change my nick to "MyWifeAlsoHatesCiv", she's not looking forward to that game hehe

I'll be going now, gotta spent the day with my wife, so no more posts from me for today
