It's not only kids that do that. People here seems to think it's a perfectly fine thing to do.

Is there any way to cross diagonally with the light?

Yep. Old Town Los Angeles (or Pasadena?) has diagonal crosswalks.

To some, it's an ingenious solution to the problem of getting people across the street without getting them hit by a car.

Well it's dangerous, especially when you've got the traffic behind you.

Lots of places do in their downtown tourist districts.

People who aren't old who use those motorized carts to drive around and shop at stores. They need the ****ing exercise.

People who park in handicap parking spaces who have the tags but clearly are not handicapped. My mom actually worked helping elderly people get around and she was issued a tag she hung on her rear view mirror but she never used it when it was just her.

People who park themselves in the middle of an intersection knowing they won't make it completely through before the light changes.

People who won't pass. I have reconciled myself to slow people on the roadway, but there are some who will ride the slow person's bumper for miles and miles but won't dare pass. So now I have to pass two ****ing people.

I do that all the time. Light turns green, and we have heavy opposing traffic. I'll go into the middle of the intersection and wait for a gap. Gap comes when the light changes, I turn, and leave the intersection.

But we know that you do - you are after all a catholic (though not a priest).

I have never heard the one before. Which makes me upset. Because I call my penis "The One", and I'm uspet over Obama stealing that name. I should have copyrighted or trademarked it

I want to get married and have lots of kids.

I don't see why Catholics would hate kids at all. I know lots of big Catholic families.

I'm a bit confused - I thought it would be quite clear what I meant. Have you english speakers deviated that much from danish ?
