That's because you've missed the point. Whether I believe in it or not is irrelevant. The question is whether there is proof to back up the statement that society plays a role. Right now, there isn't any proof whatsoever.

I do. I've seen many success stories.

Well, you'll have to provide the study. Again, I can confirm anecdotally that there have been quite a number of success stories.

Get married and stay married. For the health of the gay person that is the best option. Beats all other alternatives.

1. I'm not arguing that homosexuality ought to be illegal. The correct argument is that you would provide a 'homeless' benefit available only to those who are homeless, and are willing to register with the government as homeless.


2. For many people, it is a choice and a decision to be out on the street. They may not wish to abide by shelter restrictions.

BK, there are no "success" stories of people changing their sexual orientation. Gays will always be gay for the rest of their lives - even those who live a life of lies and denial by marrying, and staying married, to someone of opposite gender.
