        Of course not, they are working really hard to first understand and improve what is a very complicated set-up. If they jumped straight in and started changing stuff without understanding what the problems are and without developing a really good strategy on how to fix them, it'd probably make things worse.

        But, shouting invective at them in big letters will probably help speed up the process so please continue.
