By "delivery capabilities," do you mean probable missile launch sites, or every possible route out of the country (to guard against nuclear terrorism)? Or both?

Hypothetically...

I'm sure US Intelliigence know where the missile sites are. Also destroy every vehicle near the storage facilities and any vehicles approaching or leaving them. Destroying the facilities themselves could be problematic, unless they are conveniently buried so that you can collapse tons of earth on them and the entrances.

Possibly also blockade the country and allow no ship out for good measure, but... how do you prevent things being moved to Iran?

It's called psychosis. That and the fact that they are incapable of fighting the Taliban since the majority of their people agree with the Taliban. Nuking is to good for them. It should be made clear that they either fight or we'll kill them. Make sure they know their choices are bad or catastrophic. Then see what they decide. If they choose wrong then, no problem, they get to become the world's largest class factory.

My guess is with a gun to their head they'll agree to grab their balls and fight since they're completely unable to do so without other motivation.

Faces with this, if i was the pakistani gov, i´d promptly give over the gov to the taliban on the premise, they´d nuke the west.

AFAIK, Pakistan has nuclear capability, but no assembled missiles. This is deliberate; because the country is so unstable, their security solution (which we may have suggested; I can't recall) has been to store the constituent parts of nukes in different facilities. So, in order to get their hands on a nuke, a terrorist group would actually have to seize multiple facilities and know how to reassemble what it found. The odds of this happening seem slim (since, if they seized one facility, the Pakistanis would likely destroy -- or evacuate, with our assistance -- what was in the others rather than letting it be seized).

The danger is not really the Taliban with nuclear missiles. The more plausible danger is the Taliban with nuclear materials, which they could sell, for boatloads of cash, to players like Iran, North Korea, or even the Saudis, Syrians, or Libyans.

Local officials say Taliban leaders agreed to the pullout Friday after more than 100 government paramilitary troops were sent to Buner to man the police stations around the district, Pakistan's English-language newspaper Dawn reported.

Two paramilitary platoons were dispatched to the rugged region, which had been invaded by Taliban militants from the neighboring Swat Valley and is only 70 miles from the Pakistani capital of Islamabad, the newspaper said.

Armed Taliban fighters had set up checkpoints and occupied mosques in Buner in recent days, declaring Islamic law. The United States responded with alarm, saying it was "extremely concerned" over the situation, which came after a controversial move by Islamabad to allow Shariah law in the Swat valley, Dawn reported.

The Islamists are the majority. Let the Indians have a field day with them. Think of it as pay back for the Islamic invasion of South Asia.

The right payback for the invasion of South Asia would be the complete isolation of the entire Muslim belt in that region, and it inevitable collapse into Islamic fundamentalism and finally irrelevance.

Let them suffer Islam and its ideas for a thousand years. Let them see what being true to Mohammed means. Let them feel the yoke of their own oppression. Let them feel the frustration of the world outcompeting them in everything. Let them see their god fail to protect them from themselves.
