The problem is you are stupid. Since 2002 anti-American Islamists have been the majority in Pakistan's Parliament. They are the majority even if their vote is broken up among several parties. The Pakistani people should be ruthlessly punished for their support of terrorism. I mean utterly, completely, nothing is off the table because anything is better then letting the Taliban have nukes. We're talking incinerating countries is better then letting 9/11 terrorists have nukes.

Oh, and I am anti-Islamist because Islam is terrorism, it is evil cruel visceral terrorism at its worst, but I wouldn't care if they didn't constantly attack everyone else at every opportunity. As it is they have made it clear they will kill anyone who is not on their side so they need to be exterminated like the vermin they are. That is the only good solution. See, here's the thing. If you go from no representation to 11%, that's a big win. It does not, however, mean you won the elections.

If the Socialist Party USA took 11% of Congress in the next election, that would be a huge ****ing win for us. If we went from zero to 48 Representatives. Yeah, despite not having control of Congress, everyone would be calling the election a huge victory for us. If we subsequently fell to nine Representatives, only a giant flaming moron would say we controlled the United States and it was about to fall to red hordes.

I suspect that, if they get their hands on the nukes, we will bomb the piss out of that country as we have never bombed the piss out of anything before. Whether we use conventional bombs or nukes, I can't say, but I don't think we're going to let the country function when it has nuclear weapons AND lunatics in charge. One North Korea is bad enough, and these people might be crazy enough to actually use them. And they probably have missiles that don't suck. As much.

Of course, I'm no military expert. But in that situation, I'd at the very least destroy all airports, seaports/harbors, facilities that might hold nukes, and roads out before doing more surgical strikes. The Taliban could hardly expect to launch the missiles within a day of taking over, could they? That gives us a window of bombing opportunity.

I honestly think everything, absolutely EVERYTHING, must be on the table. This includes nuclear, chemical, and biological weapons. Anything is better then letting the ****bags who took part in 9/11 have nukes. Turning Pakistan into a radioactive wasteland is preferable.

The Pakistani Army is a joke. It can't even hold land an hour from its capital and they've repeatedly attempted to make peace with the Taliban hoping the Taliban would respect that peace. It hasn't worked and Pakistan's Army is to weak to stop them. What then are we to do about Pakistan's nuclear weapons. There has to be a red line which no one can cross without massive pills of dead bodies because the Taliban will respect nothing else.
