    What's the point? Facts and logic never make a difference to you. I mean, take point 1. Nearly every paper provides a web version of the paper . . . for free!
    Some do, some don't. Many still are paper-only. Where did I say that no papers were online already.

      Not just "would" but "must" (absent a constitutional amendment of course). I can't picture any realistic string of SCOTUS nominees that'd allow such a thing; even Bork would probably find his civil libertarian side in such a case.

        How do journalist unions look like in America? Here, they are pretty much the last men standing against media concentration and the accompanying diminution in press freedom.
