There are some now? Yes, if the dems spend any effort on such an attack it would be wasted. But if all they do is toss out an offhand comment now and then to remind people that, "oh yeah, Quayle 2012 is still in the GOP" it may or may not bear fruit.

I think that opinion in the United States is decidedly different from the rest of the world because we have a free press -- by free, I mean a virgorously presented right wing point of view on the air and available to all.- Ned

They'll grant them interviews just like politicians always bend over backwards to get press coverage but I'm not sure how that is kissing anyone's ring.

tldr, but I know today Limbaugh said that Steele didn't actually say what had been quoted. The transcript posted on the weekend wasn't the actual interview, it was somebody's prep script of how Steele might answer questions on the list sent to him in advance of the show.

The fact that this corpulent oaf wields such influence is an indictment of our species. I'm praying for a nuclear holocaust myself.

According to some rumor I heard, and chose to believe, Kennedy used to sniff coke like it was going out of style.

Rush is a megalomaniac douche. He's got more in common with Hugo Chavez than either would like to admit.

It takes much less effort to do nothing, and the result is the same. I remember reading somewhere that our species is already over the usual time a species survives for. I don't think we'll be missed. A friend of mine wrote a book on the Drake equation, and confided that he thought that most intelligent beings would destroy themselves very quickly.

How can you write an entire book on a worthless equation?

Has any Drosophila melanogaster ever written a book about the average life expectancy of a species? Humanity is more that Rush Limbaugh, and that's something to be grateful for.

Except for, say, the RNC Chair or Democratic members of Congress.
