Does anyone think that letting EITHER political party manage the census, which will basically dictate which states get more Congressional seats and will influence Congressional districts, is a good idea? Does anyone other than Barack Obama and Rahm Emanuel think that letting this process be managed by an ultra-partisan from either party (in this case, Rahm Emanuel) manage the census is a good idea?

Sure, but when you take Econ 101 the next semester you'll learn that grades = $$$ = substantial increase in getting laid. There is a small exception for law school (in which case A-student associates end up doing boring research & writing for C-student senior partners defending prostitution charges against D-student Congressmen), but generally grades = $$$, and $$$ = tang, ergo grades = tang. QED.
