You aren't still in hospital are you? You know what they say, if you don't die of what you went in with, if you stay the hospital food will make sure you do.

Or is hospital food decent in the states?

He was in the military, compared to military food, hospital food is fine dining.

I eat hospital food 5 days a week.

This is the last post I'll make to this thread. It needs to go away, but I wanted to keep you good people informed.

Doc wants me to walk 45 minutes a day. Today was the first. I went to a mall, which was somewhat of a hassle.I started at a brisk pace, not just ambling along, and held it the whole the time. He wanted 45, I gave him 50. I feel pretty good about it.
I'm recording my blood pressure tests, twice a day, per Doc's request; and I'm going to add notes on the walking, of my own choosing. Sunday night will be 3 weeks since my incident. Life is good.
