        If people would rely more on Hayek and less on spurious desert arguments then they might see better results.

                            • I should have appended that with the condition that he only apply that principle while in a discussion with people who have knowledge or arguments which are both new to him and have some validity.

                                Kid, most of us here are reasonably good at avoiding being demonstrably wrong (most of us...). Rarely does someone assert that the sky is metallic mint green and refuse to take it back.

                                Therefore, for the most part, admitting error on 'poly requires that you be convinced by the other person's argument (at least with respect to a particular point). It then follows that you have never managed to convince KH that you had a good point about something. I don't find that to be something that speaks poorly of KH.
