Assuming the Senate drums his ass out, which they probably will, what is the replacement procedure in Alaska? Every state is different (I think)... does the Governor have the right to appoint a replacement(

Well the MN results make me happy (as do the Oregon ones so far), as I do enjoy seeing moderate Republicans win, especially over far left loonies like Franken. And it presents 60 in the Senate for the Dems.
