I see no point in treating Palin, McCain, Obama, or Biden with anything approaching respect. Given that we call politicians whores all the time, Palin doesn't get the light kid treatment merely because she's a woman.

The mainstream media is biased. But it is not biased to the left, or to the right. It is biased towards ratings, circulation, ad rates. Whatever will bring in the viewers or readers, that's what they will run.

This would be more believable if the American media hadn't just been exposed for ignoring John Edwards' affair for months. A presidential candidate cheating on his cancer-stricken wife is obviously a story that would bring in ratings and boost circulation, but it took a tabloid paper to finally report about it. I wonder why?

Hillary did not endure the types of main stream media/lefty (though not Obama campaign) sponsored attacks Palin is now this cycle, her staff said so themselves. And that is saying a lot considering the Obama bias of Jan-Jun.
