                A few years ago he mentioned he worked for New York City, doing some kind of civic service **** that included listening to complaints from residents...he was a paper pushing low-level bureaucrat that suddenly think he's elite.

                        Mismanaged traffic, ugly sprawl, construction all over the place with a lack of good alternative routes to get places, lots of homeless people, lack of a beltway, and a terrible airport whose terminal is inexplicably on the wrong side, so that you have to drive all the way around it just to get to the terminal. Oh, and the Flames suck.

                            Far less than Toronto, Vancouver, or virtually any American city. Calgary's policy in the 1980s of shipping homeless people to Vancouver helped keep it that way.

                            A what? A ringroad? One is under construction. It's hard to build a ringroad when what would've been a ringroad 10 years ago would now be a highway in the middle of a city.

                                I would never dispute Asher but most I.A.D. are Lawmen, but as a clerk, I suppose no Law Enforcement experience would make you a good judge in these cases......
