The fact the polls are tied right now and he doesnt have a 20 point lead on the heels of one of the worst presidents since carter is a pretty strong indicator he isnt going to win.

McCain has indicated Border Security and CIR are prioritys. This will balance the dynamics out.

i have just one question. How could anyone of us really say that they are completely white? unless u do ur genelogy u dont know what u are. Example my father was considered white my mother hispanic and indian but since my father was white im supposed to check the box that says white since kids take on the race of the father. i dont get how that works but thats just me. I do not look white but thats the box im supposed to check however my sisters and brother look like the are white, blonde hair blue green eyes. Bottom line i dont think anyone is really of just one race or color white or whatnot.

Generally it just means being from Latin America though the current PC term is "Latino" to include Portuguese speaking Brazil and to acknowledge the fact that Latin America isn't a copy of Spain or Portugal and instead encompasses several different racial groups (white, native, black, and even some Asian).

Generally speaking the people of Costa Rica, Panama, Argentina, Urugauy, and Chile are almost strictly European in origin while Mexico and Peru are about 75% mixed native & European. Northern Central America is mostly native with a bit of European, and Brazil is pretty much everything though my understanding is most of the racial groups aren't very intermarried (I.E. Whites, blacks, and natives are still mostly distinct groups). Not really sure about the others.

in these days with cross racial breeding and the breeding of our family we didnt know how can one tell? I mean being blonde and blue eyed with fair skin dont make ya white.. In Monteray Mexico there are folks that are more blonde and blue eyed with fair skin then in any other place i have been to

I would disagree with your formulation of Panama and Costa Rica. They, Colombia, and Venezuela are more mixed, not to the degree of Brazil, but they are certainly not strictly European in origin. Paraguay is mostly indigenous and mixed, and Ecuador is like Peru.
