You are again being disingenuous by saying these are the "judges" -- they are NOT judges, they are "commissioners". These are DIFFERENT WORDS with DIFFERENT MEANINGS and you would be well-served to look them up in a dictionary, if you can find one.

Some of us also understand it's not the be-all and end-all, which is what you are repeatedly and incorrectly claiming. It's a way for rights claims to be raised, and an initial ruling made. These rulings can be appealed to the Federal Court of Appeal.

The Canadian Human Rights Tribunal was created by Parliament in 1977. The Tribunal has a statutory mandate to apply the Canadian Human Rights Act based on the evidence presented and on the case law. If one of the parties involved does not agree with the Tribunal's decision, an appeal may be filed at the Federal Court of Canada.

The Canadian Human Rights Commission is the first point of contact for registering a formal complaint under the Canadian Human Rights Act. The Tribunal can only deal with cases which have been referred to it by the Commission.

The whole point here, if you have any capacity for intelligent thought, is your claim that Canada has so-called "Star Chambers". This is flat-out FALSE. This COMMISSION and TRIBUNAL is not a court, and that is not its intention. But any ruling they make CAN be appealed to the Federal Court of Canada.

This is in no way a "Star Chamber" and in NO WAY AT ALL does this mean Canada is a "totalitarian state".
