i'm not a language expert but there are a lot to be said about the "Macedonian language" starting for the fact that there extremely little works written in it, especially prior to 20th century

hmm, no, that happens because bush thinks that when you state the obvious you are making an argument.

And there are no works written in Greek pripor to the 15th century BC. And there are works written in Slovenian prior to the 10 th century AD? Also just because a language is seldomly written down that dosen't make the language non-existant or fake, I mena just look at how widespread latin was and how it was prefered as the language of the educated and how little was written in other languages for much of the middle ages.

Are we going to start judging languages worthy or unworthy based on when they got writting.

          Logical fallancy

Do you know Reductio ad Hitlerum? Well what you just used was a Reductio ad Bushum.

Just because Bush does or usese something does not mean that the action or policy in question is too stupid for someone else to use.

first of all, thanks for removing the "racist" part

yes, we are going to judge a language by whether or not any literature exists in it, especially when there is a claim that the civilization using this language is one of the corner stones of european civilization

Now I'm going to throw back the racist back in.

Are you saying afircan iliterate socieites have less right to exist than literate European societies.

Because this is what is implied that if a society does not have a written language then it isn't as developed as one that has. Also a people can easily loose their written language, I mean look at the Mayans.

did i say anything about existance?

literature is a big part of civilization, right?

Might I suggesta compromise? Macedonia accepts the name FYROM if and only if Greece accepts the name FOPOG. How's that sound?

Nomen ist Omen, if you deny them a name you deny them existance.

So now a people have to be civlised to have the right to rule over themselves. Since that is what a state is.
