What problem do people have with Civ4?

People with modding experience would know bugs tend to pop up at unexpected places where there weren't any before because of seemingly unrelated changes. Meaning it's kinda impossible to be absolutely sure there are no bugs, even after a decent amount of testing.Comment

Civ 2 and SMAC was repetitive as well, but in a FUN way. SMAC actually had hundreds of ways to win (eg. one tactic i liked to use was raising the sea levels of my enemies coastline and flood his coast cities till he was crippled.)
