UPDATE: Apparently, Obama has picked up 9 more superdelegates, some of whom are defections from Hillary. that leaves behind Hillary by only 1 superdelegate, while remaining a ~160 committed delegates ahead of her and about 2-3 points up in the popular vote.

Hillary is now officially the Terri Shiavo of American politics.

Probably apt, insofar as that's the one media orgy I remember as more annoying than the coverage of the primary thus far. Well, one of two. I really, truly did not care where Elian Gonzales wound up living either.
