As long as you play the Bitterton variant, the International Passport expansion is quite balanced. The addition of the vermouth tokens makes all the difference.

And due to the increasings scarcity of those silver tokens, I shall endevour to pick up two of the remaining, by alighting to Moorgate via Baker Street.

For 'twas indeed a bold move, and one to which I can only respond by a lateral shift back to Baker Street, which enforces the Benington Paradox, although I will be unable to take advantage of it for another move, but by my calculations should leave me in an excellent position to reach MC in few moves.

Please note that these calculations do not take account of the prevailing economic conditions, as a sudden rise in Oyster Card prices, or even a proposed rise, might leave me blowing in the westerly wind.
