Are we playing the full local travel rules from late '89 or the partial seminational express rules from January '90?

Oh, full local of course, although that can be altered if you have a quorum of players.

Full local's good with me. '89 was a good year. '90 not so much.

Full local it is then: from Hanger Lane to Gatwick, using my mauve and white chips in lieu of the flying pass.

You bastard! Let's see if I can rein things in a bit by cashing in my passcard to get to White Hart Lane.

I'm flying high to Heathrow 1, 2, 3, nabbing 4 gold tokens and reversing the Garden Continuum so that the prevailing winds now blow easterly.

Damn. The numbers seem to be stacking against me. It may not be the best move, but I'm going to Barbican.

No, the numbers are stacking against all of us. By McMillan's Calculator, including the addition of two mauve tokens, it ought to be impossible for Krill to reach MC from Green Park, as the current ruleset frowns upon the uninhibited movement to MC from within the Central Line. Fingers crossed he can't find a subtle way around this technical quandary.

I can't believe no one took the shunt to Mornington Crescent that opened up five moves ago

Hey, hang on a minute! Who said we were playing Kalutski's Variant? Duke, put three of those gold tokens back, but you're also entitled to two teal tokens for playing a ghost station on the central line under a north-south bond.

Luckily though, this allows me to open the northern parallels, and to move to a ghost station on the Piccadilly line, namely York Road gaining six octarine tokens!

While I can't get to MC from there, I can get to Camden Town. Lets hope that you didn't also hire all the taxis from there Duke

No Kuci, that would be an American move, and we don't do that sort of thing here.

I will have to revise my move to move as far as Charing Cross then. EDIT: Cort beat me to putting Kuci down
