No matter what we call it it depends on us to jump into the fray when injustice is being shoved down someone's throat. As long as we say that 'it's not my problem', this won't work. This works both ways. If someone is trolling a mod before the ban happens the mod should be able to take his case to this thread for resolution. Then if he is being unfairly trolled we can tell the guy to stop. Failing that, we can agree that a ban is in order. On the flip side if a mod is being a complete ******* then we need to be able to get people's support here which should have a mechanism for the correction of that mod to get him to shut the **** up. No more blind support for a mod that's being the worst troll in the place from this time forward.

The biggest problem going against this working are kiss ass mod supporting yes men and those that always side with a troll.

We need to be free thinkers to have a freedom based forum.

I know I have a bias based on personal experience and I know it leaked into this post, but we really need to make this work for everyone, both sides...until there are no more sides, like it used to be long ago.

Or just Bablyon (Babble-On) for the OT forum. Very descriptive of what often goes on there.

The Peoples Court could be a name for where we discuss issues or even post who is and is not banned.

The Town Crier as well, a forum, perhaps Locked by visible that states Grandpa Troll 3 Days banned for posting images of Ming and rah in an inappropriate position

I've got a shiny penny to bet on the end result being a forum hugely dominated by arguments about the rules.

Not that this would necessarily be a bad thing. Hell, we're at least halfway there already, so it's clearly popular. Christ knows why.
