Regardless, I don't think she'll get a TRO for one incident.“I give you a new commandment, that you love one another. Just as I have loved you, you also should love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.”

Yeah, that only happens when there is abusive relationship or something. Moving out of the house happens when the house is shared.

Well, I wouldn't consider her THAT big of a liar. She wouldn't want to tell a lie that would seriously mess someone's life up (home, job, etc), well, from what I know of her.“I give you a new commandment, that you love one another. Just as I have loved you, you also should love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.”

My ex-wife has filed three on me. I never beat her, threatened her or anything. In fact, she was obviously the scarier person in the relationship. The third one was last year. She told a judge that I kidnapped my son two years ago and that I've had him ever since. She didn't even have to show the judge a police report or anything, not that the judge wouldn't have access to that information. She also told that judge that I kidnapped him from a county that me and my son had never been to.
So after recieving the order, I tried to contact the judge. The secretary or whatever told me that the judge wants to see the parties in court no matter what. So I had to go to that county and tell the judge that she was a liar about everything. Did the judge do anything? Hell no. That ***** belongs in jail.I drank beer. I like beer. I still like beer. ... Though I was jogging in my apartment complex, noticed something on a parking lot in that complex, and mentioned it to her in a conversation SHE started, and this is the first and last time that's going to happen. So its a stretch to even consider this as such.
Though she'd had a stalker in the past and it probably has made her more sensitive to the issue (and IIRC, a TRO with him was much harder than simply she wanted one, the cops wanted some proof).“I give you a new commandment, that you love one another.
