B2? Oh, you mean that crappy super expensive nearly useless bomber based upon Russian technology (feel free to google for "Petr Ufimtsev).

Our air-penis has been longer than yours for a long time.
Aha, in your dreams. But at least asdide Canada you play in the same league with us.

            • Serb, what's worse? That Russians figured out stealth tech first and didn't understand what the hell it did, or that the Americans did?

              • Asher, the other day I found a magic genie, and I wished for a million dollars.

I gave half of it to a fellow who said he was from Edmonton, and he gave me a 10 percent return at the end of the year.

I gave the other half of it to a guy in Calgary, and he gave it to the same guy in Edmonton and gave me back 7 percent at the end of the year.

Who is smarter? The guy in Edmonton who managed to invest well, or the guy in Calgary who seriously thought I wouldn't notice him skimming?

                  why?
Space is big. You just won't believe how vastly, hugely, mind- bogglingly big it is. I mean, you may think it's a long way down the road to the chemist's, but that's just peanuts to space.

                  • I remember in the late 70s when the Mig-25 pilot landed his plane in Japan. The Mig-25 had been feared by westerners as a truly dangerous plane...until they had a look at it!!

I will always remember the quote: "The Russians have taken obsolete technology to new heights"

Seems the Russians just can't get over being so proud of themselves for doing something better than anybody else...even if that technology is 20 years obsolete!!

                    Asher, why is this?

Clearly both are smarter than you, which is why you gave them the money.

The Calgarian is clearly smarter, as he managed to reduce his workload to virtually nil while still turning a profit by outsourcing to the blue-collar labour in Edmonton.

I have this theory that where you live is a reflection of your intelligence.

For instance, people who live in Europe are generally stupid because they never left Europe for the New World. So they deal with old, decrepit infrastructure and overcrowding and obscenely high tax rates.

People who live in Russia were just never smart to begin with. There is nothing redeeming about that country. It's vast swaths of nothing without the diamonds of Northern Canada, the Oil of Alberta, etc. The country is a testament that mediocrity breeds mediocrity, and that's precisely why every thing the Russians have ever constructed was behind the West in technology. In the effort to appear technologically relevant, these were rushed and not developed properly, leading to the Ladas and Tu-144s of our world -- deathtraps.

I know who you are. You’re almost invariably male, caucasian, middle-class. Your parents were normal, vanilla folks. Maybe you had a sibling or two.

You went to a public school, pulling high or middlish grades with ease and relative disinterest. You didn’t really gel with most of the other kids; you found them boring, they found you weird. Your contempt for the average person grew with your age, never seizing control like in some emo dip****, but simmering casually in the back of your head. When some fool who could barely read got hurt, you probably laughed. When some stuck-up skank got herpes, you probably smiled. Chances are you got on well enough with your teachers; you weren’t a preening dork like many of your peers, at least showed vague interest in learning, and perhaps the teacher sensed and picked up on your general contempt for others in your classes. This trend no doubt continued into college, if you had the motivation to bother.

It’s a bit of an exaggeration to say you hate women: you don’t, after all, enjoy the socializing game. You’re probably no Don Juan, either. You long ago began to think of women as disappointingly petty, but you still hope to encounter someone interesting at some time or another.

You enjoy being anonymous because it is a release from the normal world: no anonymous has an identity, no anonymous is a preening sissy. Anonymous realizes he is just a guy screwing around on the internet. Anonymous knows others of his kind enjoy this fact, too. You despise the furfag, the gaiafag, the internet tuff guy for one simple reason: he acts like the internet is the real world, a place where actions should have social consequences and where there needs to be a pecking order. Needless to say, you do not approve.

                            • I don't think it's accurate. I don't think you got high or middlish grades, I think you hated school and coasted as much as you could. I think you were reasonably popular in a high school setting.

I think he's pretty far off the mark in general.
