1. The forms for the concrete seem very professionally done. I've helped built those and we were usually satisfied with work much less polished.

2. Make sure you don't forget to put a wire mesh on the entire surface.

3. How are property rights in the Philliphines? How long did it take from you buying the land to registering it as yours. Lot of paperwork?

4. How big is your parcel in sqare meters?

5. Did you take out a building permit?

6. How is the bathroom waste disposal solved? Off to the sea?

7. What kind of utilities can you get? Electricity? Phone line? Gas? Water? Sewer?

I've looked into this some. Foreigners can't own real estate, so I'll bet the property is in Dolores's name.

One way around this rule is to have a local "buy" the property and then you lease the property from the local. You can have a fifty years lease, renewable for up to twenty-five years.

Lot of paperwork? -- that I dunno.
