A couple of years ago our jets made pics of the deck of such ship with no response from interceptors at all.

Just a month ago Russian ASW ships detected and "destroyed" a foreign submarine that tried to approach a Russian aircraft carrier too close during its Mediterranean/Atlantic exercises. Guess whose submarine that was?
