Bill Clinton cannot be VP, neither can the terminator. Saw it on mythbusters or something but it is the truth. This is to avoid a scenario where arnold kills the president and assumes the presidency where it would be otherwise impossible.

It gives a shot at the Zkribbler vote, which is much sought after in California.

Could you and Kuci give me a cogent answer how on earth you think he would either balance the ticket or shore up a group he's weakest in? McCain more than any other possible Rep nominee needs a conservative as Veep.

I've jst skimmed the last page and a half, butt i don't think anyone's mentioned these two:

McCain-Hutchison: GOP tries its hand at the Dems game and puts a well-liked, well-respected conservative woman on the ticket.

Obama-Webb: Two senators, but Webb has execuutive experience as Secretary of the Navy, and the fact that he used to be a Republican works with Obama's whole "e pluribs unum" spiel.

I also think Hillary will pick Richardson; as yesterday showed, she's weak in the West, which could swing Dem with the right candidate.

McCain can just **** over the conservatives (they won't all stay at home) and quite possibly grab the independents with that ticket.

I think McCain-Hutchison would work well. McCain's greatest asset against Obama is the Hispanic vote. Clinton is kinda like a rock paper scissor player that will just start making **** up to combat whoever McCain picks really.

Honestly, since McCain has it wrapped up, he needs to spend all his remaining cash on designing a shirt his neck doesn't creep over.
